“I am very pleased with our performance at this year’s festival,” said Conill Chief Creative Officer Pablo Buffagni. “Importantly, these awards were not in the “local” section. They represent what judges considered to be the best in their categories across all of Latin America.”
The awards extend Conill’s 2009 creative performance that includes most awarded U.S. agency at the Festival Iberoamericano De La Publicidad (FIAP) and multiple honors at the 2009 Advertising Age Hispanic Creative Advertising Awards.
Now in its 12th year, El Ojo (“The Eye”) is a prestigious international festival recognizing the most creative and innovative advertising across all of Latin America, Spain and Portugal. Conill earned gold and silver awards and was named Best Agency in the U.S. Hispanic market during the 2008 festival.
