Arts magazine’s annual illustration competition for Best Animated Series, Toyota Certified’s “Tales of the Uncertified” campaign.
The colorful and witty short animations
are currently featured in Illustration Annual 55, the May/June 2014 issue
of Communication Arts, both in print, on the iPad and online at Commarts.com.
“This is one of my favorite campaigns -
sweet, silly, flawless animation that tells a simple story. We’re so thankful
to our clients for believing that a creative solution is often the best

Of the 4,362 total entries submitted, 168
were selected and only seven were honored in the animation category. A
jury of respected creative professionals across multiple disciplines made their
selections based on creative excellence and quality of execution. Communication
Arts is a prestigious, professional journal for creative professionals
and those involved in visual communications, ranging from illustrators and
animators to agencies and design firms.
