Shanghai - In 2014, Saatchi &
Saatchi Greater China launched the Monsters Attack! movement to rally against
negative elements holding back the ad industry by seeking new ideas and
breakthroughs, going wild and becoming monsters. The initiative was a huge
success and created local and international buzz with its individual monster
avatars.
Building on the movement
this year, Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China has launched a Frozen Monster
app - complete with Monstergram, check-in capability and a special feature
called Monster Eye - to enhance the experience of its annual agency meeting in
Seoul, Korea.
With Monstergram, users are
able to add a creative touch to photos from the agency event with customised
frames, and share these images on various social media platforms. The app’s special
Monster Eye feature let participants “activate” their custom monster hoodies
and “bring to life” their dress code for the annual dinner with the option of 5
animated ‘monster eyeballs’.
The Frozen Monster app
enabled almost 400 Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China staff to connect on Facebook,
Instagram, Sina, Weibo and WeChat! during their annual event, thereby
amplifying social interaction, ideas sharing and most of all, fun.
