Daley said: "At the end of 2004 we laid out a blueprint for change for the company. Over a period of 18 months we collapsed a three year plan into a dramatic period of invention and redesign. We diversified our operations, multiplied our revenue models, built highly entrepreneurial dynamics into our culture and began to exploit the possibilities of the digital world to develop knowledge, insight and intellectual property."
Since 2005, the agency has seen a turnaround in its fortunes.
Daley has remodelled a traditional advertising business into a place that can deliver creativity with the power to transform its clients' fortunes across multiple platforms.
Daley continued: "At the same time we set out to deliver exacting standards of excellence in our core business for our clients. We have achieved a huge amount and Superbrand status is recognition of the incredible application of my colleagues and of our clients' willingness to help us change and evolve."
