New York - Christopher Kief has been
appointed to the new position of Chief Technology Officer at
Saatchi &
Saatchi New York. He comes with deep experience as a director of creative
technology, innovation and interactivity at agencies such as Saatchi &
Saatchi LA and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. He was most recently
Executive Technology Director at TBWA Worldwide and Chief Technology Officer
of Pilot.is,
a design and technology unit within TBWA Worldwide.
Kief is charged with accelerating the
agency’s application of technology to its creative product. He will partner with Saatchi & Saatchi’s recently
appointed Chief Creative Officer, Jay Benjamin and Chief Production Officer, Tanya LeSieur.
"We're creating a maker culture at Saatchi & Saatchi New York", says Benjamin.
"Fast prototyping, immersive storytelling and constant experimentation.
Chris brings us the technical and strategic leadership we need, as much a doer
as he is a thinker. He's truly one of the best. We're lucky to have him on our
team."
“I couldn’t be more excited to return to
Saatchi & Saatchi. The opportunity to reunite with Tanya, and work
alongside Jay and Brent, was one I couldn’t pass up. I passionately
believe in a culture of making and see that reflected in both the people and
philosophy of the New York office,” says Kief.
